The management of the case by the court is out of the parties control, the Court and the judge for the case is chosen by the Court . Dates and the venue may be changed at any time,  appeals could delay  the case for month if not years.

Arbitration is a wiser choice in resolving a disputes because:

• The parties with agreement are in control of the time ,
• costs,
• confidentiality,
• Venue,
• and the choice of judge(arbitrator) for their case.
• The Arbitration has the same enforceability as a Court of Law
